You can do it by hand. In App Store Connect, open Sales and Trends, choose Units, and filter or group by Territory. For anything beyond a quick look, download the daily Sales report: each row has a Country Code, a Product Type Identifier and Units.
A first-time iPhone or iPad download has product type 1, 1F or 1T (F1 for a Mac app). Updates (7, 7F, 7T) and re-downloads (3, 3F, 3T) aren't new users, so leave them out. Sum the install rows by country and you have your storefront split.
That's manageable for one day. For ninety days across fifty countries, next to ad spend, it's a job for software.
