Privacy Policy
Who we are
Ads Manager is made by RailsSquad OÜ, a company registered in Estonia. For anything about privacy, email privacy@getadsmanager.com.
What the app stores, and where
- Your credentials: the Meta access token and App Store Connect API key you enter. They are stored on your device and, so your Mac and iPhone stay in sync, in your iCloud Keychain, which Apple encrypts end to end.
- Your settings: the ad accounts you track, which app each one promotes, your App Store Connect IDs and product notes. Stored on your device and synced through your iCloud key-value storage.
- Your reports: campaign statistics from Meta and daily sales reports from Apple, cached on your device so the app opens instantly and published report days are not downloaded twice.
We have no servers that receive any of this, and no way to access it. iCloud storage is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy.
Services the app contacts
The app connects directly from your device to:
- Meta Marketing API (graph.facebook.com), with your token, to read your campaigns, ads and their statistics, and, only when you confirm an Auto-pilot plan, to change budgets or pause and resume campaigns and ads. Ad thumbnails load from Meta's image servers.
- App Store Connect API (api.appstoreconnect.apple.com), with your key, to download sales reports and list your apps.
- Frankfurter (api.frankfurter.dev), to fetch public currency exchange rates. No personal data is sent.
Advisor and Auto-pilot (Mac)
Advisor and Auto-pilot run the Claude Code command-line tool installed on your Mac, signed in with your own Anthropic account. When you click Ask Claude or Auto-pilot, the app sends the current report (campaign and ad statistics, installs and sales by country, and your product notes) to Claude through that tool. This only happens when you click, and is governed by your agreement with Anthropic. You can see exactly what is sent with the Data sent button. Auto-pilot never changes anything on Meta until you review the plan and confirm it. Applied changes are logged on your Mac.
Purchases
Subscriptions and the lifetime purchase are processed by Apple. We never see your payment details. Apple gives us aggregated, anonymous sales reports.
This website
getadsmanager.com is served from a server we operate. Like most web servers it keeps standard access logs (IP address, browser, pages requested, time) for security and troubleshooting, and these are deleted automatically within a few weeks. The site loads fonts from Google Fonts and scripts from jsDelivr, which receive your IP address when your browser fetches them. The site sets no cookies and uses no analytics.
If you email us, we keep your message and address only as long as needed to help you.
Children
Ads Manager is a business tool and is not directed at children under 16.
Your rights
Under the GDPR and similar laws you can ask what we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it. Apart from emails you send us and short-lived website logs, we hold nothing. To remove the app's data, delete the app, remove the "com.railssquad.adsmanager" items from your iCloud Keychain, and on a Mac delete ~/Library/Application Support/AdsManager. You can also complain to your data protection authority.
Changes
If this policy changes, we'll update this page and its effective date.
